- Contractual Information
1.1 Information Regarding the Professional: These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and/or services by consumers made remotely, via a telematic network, on the website https://www.goldenharmonywellness.com, owned by BG Golden Armony SL, headquartered at CALLE HISTORIADOR CLAPES. . 38 BJ, 07840 Santa Eularia des Riu (Illes Baleares), CIF B56152333 (hereinafter referred to as “Golden Harmony”).

1.2 Information Regarding Contracts Concluded by the Consumer: All information prescribed by applicable regulations, or by the nature of the contract, regarding each individual contract concluded through Golden Harmony’s website, including but not limited to, the main characteristics of the goods or services, their price (inclusive of taxes), any additional shipping, delivery, or postal charges, and any other costs, payment methods, delivery times for goods or order fulfillment, the possible duration of the contract, the possible minimum duration of consumer obligations, will be specified in the order form that must be electronically accepted and submitted by the consumer, with the express acknowledgment by the consumer that the submission of the order entails an obligation of payment on their part. If, due to the nature of the contract or the ordered good or service, one or more of the aforementioned information is not available at the time of placing the order, the consumer will be promptly informed. If the price cannot be determined at the time of the order, the consumer will be informed of the calculation method; if other expenses or costs related to the contract or its performance cannot be determined at the time of the order, the consumer will be informed of this circumstance and of the possibility that such expenses and costs may be subsequently charged to them.
1.3 Information Regarding Consumer Rights: All information regarding the rights recognized to the consumer by applicable regulations, such as, for example, but not limited to, information regarding the right of withdrawal (when applicable), the warranty of conformity of goods, any after-sales assistance, the processing of personal data, the methods by which to proceed with purchases on the professional’s website, will be specified in these General Terms and Conditions, or in the documents referred to therein and accessible from these General Terms and Conditions via hypertext links.
1.4 Information Regarding Applicable Regulations: All contracts concluded by consumers through Golden Harmony’s website will be fully regulated by the following provisions and documents, instructions, and information referred to therein, in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). All matters not expressly regulated by these General Terms and Conditions and the aforementioned legislation will be governed by the Spanish Civil Code.
- Buyer’s Commitments
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available online on the website https://www.goldenharmonywellness.com, are made available to consumers who can print them or save them in digital format on their computer memory. Consumers should carefully review these General Terms and Conditions before proceeding with the purchase of products and/or services on the Golden Harmony website. In any case, before completing the telematic procedure for submitting the purchase order, these General Terms and Conditions are displayed to the consumer, and the consumer must proceed with their full and unconditional acceptance by placing a checkmark in the dedicated box to proceed with the purchase.
- Contract Conclusion
The order placed through Golden Harmony’s website by the consumer is a contractual offer that Golden Harmony reserves the right to accept.
It is necessary to verify whether the amount indicated for the selected services and/or goods is correct before proceeding with the order submission. At the time of sending the order through the website’s computer interface, the consumer will be required to press a virtual button confirming that the consumer acknowledges that the submission of the order and its subsequent acceptance by Golden Harmony will result in the payment of a price.
The contract is concluded with the transmission, through the website, of a summary email of the ordered services and/or products and other essential elements of the contract to the email address provided by the consumer at the time of submitting the order; this email communication will serve as acceptance of the order submitted by the consumer.
- Payment Conditions and Methods
Payment is made immediately after ordering the goods and/or services and before their provision, according to the methods chosen by the Buyer during the telematic purchase procedure, which are prominently specified on Golden Harmony’s website on the final screen of the order procedure.
The prices indicated include VAT or other applicable taxes when due.
- Withdrawal and Refund
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so at least 24 hours before the appointment date. To cancel the appointment, use the link in the order confirmation email or contact one of Golden Harmony’s onsite staff members or send a request to the email address of the facility where you booked the treatment.
We will confirm the cancellation via email.
The refund will be made through the Paypal digital platform to the consumer’s profile or the credit card used for payment, with a 3% penalty retained for service costs. Refund times depend on technical timing with a maximum of 10 working days.
- Advance Payment or Deposit
For all services for sale by Golden Harmony, full advance payment or a minimum deposit corresponding to 50% of the purchase value is required. In case of deposit payment, the balance will be required at check-in onsite.
In case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
The consumer may use any discount codes before completing the order by entering it in the appropriate field.
- Security Measures
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as SSL, data entered on a secure page, firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the consumer agrees that Golden Harmony obtains the data for the corresponding access control authentication.

- Applicable Law
This contract will be governed by Spanish law.
